The parties agree to the following:

User shall have access (inquiry only) to the recorded documents (which have been indexed and imaged) of the Forsyth County Register of Deeds, seven (7) days per week, twenty-four (24) hours per day. Vital records access will include minimum index information only. The web site is provided as a service of the Register’s office and the Register’s office will not be responsible for connect time, expressly or implied, that may be affected by power failures, phone service, or other mechanical or electrical devices.

All information and data provided in this site are for informational purposes only. All material in this site are provided ‘as is’ and without any warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, Forsyth County and the Register of Deeds disclaim all warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Forsyth County and the Register of Deeds do not warrant that the functions contained in the materials will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected or that this site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components. Forsyth County and the Register of Deeds do not warrant or make any representation regarding the use or the results there from of the materials in this site as to their correctness, accuracy, reliability or otherwise.
